Dominique Vacher has rehabilitated this family property whose vineyard is located on the slopes of the Vallée de l'Isle. Organic farming, expression of the terroir, careful vinification in the great Bordeaux tradition… “When fate allows you to respect the creations of ancestors, explains Dominique Vacher, how can you not bring the soul of a vineyard and its wine to life? time wears out motivation, and if a generation left this gem dormant, I could not participate in the renunciation of the know-how of the ancestors. Often awarded a vineyard for its quality, I have devoted myself to promoting knowledge. Thus was born the Château Grand Français, drawing from the sandy loam soil on red gravel, for centuries, the riches, to give the natural generosity to Cabernets Francs, Cabernets-Sauvignons and Merlots. Naturalness is respected by organic farming carried out on the estate. In addition to the situation, the knowledge of men over time has favored a choice of grape varieties with a high proportion of Cabernets. The manual harvest allows a selection of the bunches which, once destemmed, give berries of great integrity.
