CROIZET BAGES 2002 Castle
Château Croizet-Bages is located in the Pauillac appellation, in Bordeaux . It was classified as a Fifth Grand Cru Classé in the 1855 classification. The estate was created on the former Bages property dating from the 16th century. In 1934, it became the property of Paul Quié and has remained in the family ever since. It is managed by Jean-Michel Quié, Anne-Françoise Quié and Jean-Philippe Quié, who also own Château Rauzan-Gassies and Château Bel-Orme.
The wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot . Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel vats by plot. Aging lasts 12 months in French oak barrels .
