Habitation Velier is a project born from the will of Luca Gargano, probably the greatest rum specialist in this world. Luca Gargano comes from a large Italian family, known for the quality of his goods, a family of explorers who aims a qualitative rather than lucrative distribution. For each distilleries, the aim is to highlight the best distillers from their Pure Single rums, each time with an original project signed by Habitation Velier to produce a world first for each unique signature distillery.

The Foursquare Distillery was born in 1996 under the control of the Seale family and is located in the South East of the island of Barbados. It is one of the youngest distilleries in the Caribbean, but its youth also gives it the status of one of the most advanced distilleries in the world from a technological point of view. The distillations are done in a double column with 40 trays or in a beautiful double still pot still pot still equipped with a small column. Small particularity of Foursquare, the assemblies of the distillates of columns and the pot still are made directly in barrels. Although very recent in its construction, this distillery is the fruit of a rum purist (Richard Seale) and therefore does not tolerate any addition to its raw material. The result of this work results in high quality rums.

This Principia rum of Foursquare bottled by Velier returns after a first shattering that has seduced so many amateurs.Ce Single Blended Rum was the subject of a double refining with a first aging of 3 years in barrels of Bourbon then a second of three years also in Sherry barrels. The result is a rum with a particularly rich aromatic palette.
