Burgundy Hautes Côtes de Nuits

"Sous le Mont" is located in the small village of Villers la Faye, under a small hill overlooked by a priory, the 30-year-old vines are well exposed and have been organic since 1987 and biodynamic since 1996.

Established in Beaune since 1985, Emmanuel Giboulot is a pioneer of organic farming, which he immediately adopted and of biodynamics (certification in 1996), which he defends with conviction. Its vineyard also includes plots in the Hautes-Côtes and Saint-Romain.
