CORVEZZO - Prosecco Spumante 2017
The family’s winery and vineyard (154 hectares) are located near Treviso, between the Dolomites and the Adriatic Sea, which is a perfect area for the production of organic grapes.
This Prosecco is a blend of 85% Glera and 15% DOC admitted grapes. After a soft cold crushing and pressing, the wine is fermented during 60 days using the Charmat method to keep the freshness and fruity flavours. It was bottled at 12 g/L of residual sugars.
