Appleton Estate is a sugar and rum producer located in the middle of Jamaica 's Nassau Valley, where rum making has existed for over 265 years. Surrounded by densely wooded limestone hills, the topography of the region makes it an original rum. The rums are aged in a tropical climate , which allows the spirit to mature more quickly. Appleton Estate produces 4 standard rum expressions and 4 age-stated expressions.

The Appleton Estate 12 Year Old represents the craftsmanship and passion of master blender Joy Spence. It is a blend of the best selected old rums , each matured for at least 12 years.
