Domaine Mongeard Mugneret - Vosne Romanée 2018

Domaine Mongeard-Mugneret is located in Vosne-Romanée in Burgundy. The property accounts today for approximately 30 hectares, spread on 35 appellations and is run by Vincent Mongeard, 8th generation of the family. The name Mongeard-Mugneret has been known since 1945, Eugène Mongeard being his grandfather and Edmée Mugneret his grandmother.

This Vosne-Romanée is made from Pinot Noir vines which are around 45 years old. The harvest is completely destemmed and then matured in oak barrels, 30 to 40% of which are new.

Grape variety: 100% Pinot Noir
