Los Javis - Mezcal Salmiana - 47,93%
Los Javis Mezcal is a Oaxacan family-owned and operated Mezcal from Santiago Matatlan, in Mexico. Hand-selected agave is roasted in a conical stone oven, tahona milled, and naturally fermented in wooden vats. Mezcal Los Javis is distilled in small copper pots and is individually bottled and hand numbered.
This Mezcal is produced with Salmiana agave. It was distilled in 2016 by “Maestro Mezcalero” Don Javier Mateo. 120 bottles have been produced.
