JEAN CAVE - Armagnac Brut de fût 1989 - 45,40%
Jean Cavé Armagnacs are made in Lannepax, in the Gers. The history of Jean Cavé house begins in 1883, when Mr. Jean Cavé, a winegrower in Lannepax, set up as a distiller surrounded by his wife and two sons. Located in the heart of the Armagnac appellation, this house will see four generations succeed one another who will excel in the distillation, maturing and aging of Armagnac brandies. Today, over 130 years of traditions passed down, the stock of old Armagnacsenables the Jean Cavé house to offer its customers a range of unique products.
The Vintages come from a single year of harvest and have not undergone any blending with different vintages. We thus find all the singularity of the vintage, the specificities of a year, the reflection of the climatic conditions which saw its birth.
This Cask Strength Armagnac Jean Cavé 1989 from the best wines of the Gascon terroir has aged in old "Gros grain" oak barrels of medium toast.
