Lord of Barbès - Tonic Syrup

Lord of Barbès is a brand that was created in Paris, in Barbès in the “Little Africa” district. The founder is Lord Hervé Lopez , born in 1963. He was artistic director, director, owner of an arthouse cinema, producer of animated films before making his own Gin in the color of Africa, tonic syrup, a juniper flavor and a sausage made from juniper berries and gin.

Barbès Tonic is an organic sugar syrup made from cinchona bark, Sicilian lemon, Peruvian ginger, bitter orange peel, vanilla and monkey bread. It is to be mixed with sparkling water with Gin Lord of Barbès.
