Convite is a Mezcal produced in Oaxaca, Mexico . The company has existed for 5 generations and supports sustainable development, fair trade and the development of its community. Mezcal is made in the heart of the Zapotec mountains of San Baltazar Guelavila, in the district of Tlacolula, nestled in the Sierra Madre del Sur. The place has a great ecological variety, surrounded by mountains, waterfalls and springs located 1900 meters above sea level.

The agaves are harvested at perfect maturity. The leaves and roots are cut to keep only the heart (piña). The cooking takes place in oak wood so that the distillation is not contaminated or smoked. The heart of the agave is then crushed with a circular stone crusher. Fermentation is natural with spring water from the Sierra Madre Sur mountains. Mezcal is obtained by continuous distillation in copper stills.
