Château Cazebonne - Gaz'bonne - White
Château Cazebonne is located in the commune of Saint-Pierre de Mons in the Graves , in Bordeaux . The property now extends over 40 hectares, entirely conducted in certified organic and biodynamic agriculture from the 2020 vintage. The Château was bought in 2016 by Jean-Baptiste Duquesne , entrepreneur and wine enthusiast in collaboration with David Poutays , winemaker at Clos de Mounissens. Together, they decided to replant all the historically forgotten grape varieties of Bordeaux.
Gaz'Bonne is a Pet'Nat ' made from Sauvignon Blanc according to the ancestral method. It has not been disgorged and has a deposit which in no way affects the quality of the wine.
