Bordeaux Distilling Co. is located in the Bacalan district of Bordeaux . This urban distillery was created in 2019 by Antoine Gravouil (a young ex-finance expatriate in London), and is operated on a daily basis by Arnaud Chevalier , who cut his teeth in London as a bar manager (Whistling Shop and Black Rock) and within the cutting-edge company Fluid Movement. Bordeaux Distilling Co. produces a wide range of spirits: gin, brandy, vodka, coffee liqueur, amaro... which particularly appeal to cocktail lovers.

Sauvelle , a blend of "wild" and "beautiful", is a vodka made from distilled French wheat and pure spring water from Gensac, Gironde. It is softened with Limousin oak wood bringing notes of vanilla, caramel and cherry blossom. A premium vodka and yet, very accessible in price, for a clientele of free spirits, bon vivants.
