Cognac Pasquet - The Cognac of Jean Pierre - 49.8%

The Maison de Cognac Pasquet is located at a place called Chez Ferchaud-Eraville, in Bellevigne in Charente . In 1970, Jean-Luc Pasquet inherited from his uncle Albert and became responsible for the family estate comprising 8 hectares of vines in Grande and Petite Champagne. The estate expands to 14 hectares, cultivated since 1995 in certified organic farming . The 20 hectoliter still makes it possible to obtain fine and rich eaux-de-vie resulting from a double distillation which will then be aged for a minimum of 4 years, i.e. 2 more years of legal aging in wood to obtain the denomination "Cognac ". The House is now operated by Jean Pasquet and his wife Amy, of American origin.

The Trésors de Famille collection was created in 2018, following a lack of stock of old cognacs. The Pasquet family then called on distillers who possessed “hidden treasures” in their cellars. A single barrel is selected from each of these enthusiasts and finishes its aging in the cellars of Maison Pasquet. Each bottle bears the first name of the producer, and comes from a limited and numbered series. Jean-Pierre's Cognac comes from the Grande Champagne cru, and 120 bottles were produced for this Lot 75 .
