Genryu - Shochu - 25%
The Sasanokawa Shuzo Distillery was established in 1765 in Koriyama, in the Fukushima region of Japan. It specializes in the production of sake and shochu, and also produces whiskey. Shochu is a Japanese spirit drink distilled primarily from rice.
Shochu Genryu is made from sake of the Futsu-shu category, distilled in a pot still. It is eaten chilled with ice cubes or by adding tonic.
