Aperol - 12.5%
Aperol is a low-alcohol aperitif created in Padua, Italy in 1919, from an idea of the company Fratelli Barbieri of Bassano del Grappa. The Fratelli Barbieri company was acquired in 1991 by the Barbero 1891 company, which in turn was purchased by the Campari group in December 2003.
It is called bitter because of its slight bitterness. It enters into the composition of the Spritz .
