Isle of Raasay - Special Release 2022 - 52%

The Raasay Distillery is located on the Isle of Raasay , in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland . The distillery produces two products: Isle of Raasay Gin and Isle of Raasay Whisky. All spirits are distilled, matured and bottled on the island using mineral-rich water from their well, Tobar na Ba Bàine (meaning “well of the pale cow”). The Raasay Distillery supports local jobs on the island.

This limited edition Raasay is aged in rye whiskey casks and then refined in small Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso Sherry casks.
