La Hechicera - Old rum from Colombia - 40%
La Hechicera is a rum produced in Barranquilla, Colombia . The brand was created in 2012 by Laura and Miguel Riascos . It is made from the concentrated juice of the first sugar cane presses, called "virgin cane honey", and is aged and blended using the Solera method traditionally used for sherry. This process is overseen by Cuban master rum maker Giraldo Mituoka.
This edition is aged in American white oak barrels .
