CYNAR - Artichoke Liqueur - Aperitif - 16.50%
Cynar is an Italian bitter created by the Dalle Molle brothers in Padua, Italy, in 1948. Since 1995 the brand has belonged to the Campari group.
Cynar is obtained from a mixture of artichoke leaves and thirteen herbs and aromatic plants infused in an alcohol. It can be drunk as an aperitif with ice cubes or, like the Picon, in a beer. It can also replace other bitters (Apérol, Campari) in the composition of the Spritz. In cocktails, it moderates the sweet taste of sweet and syrupy wines. It can also be enjoyed with tonic, accompanied by a slice of orange.
