JNPR Spirits is a company specializing in the creation of non-alcoholic “spirits” . It was founded by Valérie de Sutter . The distillery is located in Turenne, in Corrèze and the range today consists of several “gins”, vermouth and bitters to make alcohol-free cocktails. A month after launching the brand, Valérie de Sutter signed a partnership with a French farmer to plant juniper bushes, with the aim of using local juniper berries.

BTTR No.1 is produced with an Italian distillery. This bitter is made up of water, sugar, infusions of aromatic plants (gentian, cinchona bark), citrus fruits (bitter orange, sweet orange), herbs (rhubarb, licorice) and spices (cinnamon), lemon juice green, elderberry, and safflower extract. It offers bitter and intense notes to make Negroni, Spritz or even Americano.
