Bordeaux Distilling Co. is located in the Bacalan district of Bordeaux . This urban distillery was created in 2019 by Antoine Gravouil (a young ex-financial expatriate in London), and is operated on a daily basis by Arnaud Chevalier who cut his teeth in London as a bar manager (Whistling Shop and Black Rock) and within the cutting-edge company Fluid Movement. Bordeaux Distilling Co. produces a wide range of spirits (Gin, cereal brandy, liqueurs) in very small quantities.

Brunette is a cold brew coffee liqueur . It is made from Arabica coffee from Honduras and Ethiopia. This liqueur contains 185 g/L of sugar. It can be enjoyed on ice or as an Espresso Martini.
