Sake - Dassai 39 - Junmai Daiginjo - 15%
Sake is Japan 's most famous alcoholic beverage. Brewed with special rice, it has many different styles and qualities depending on the brewing process, ingredients used and the percentage of rice polishing.
Junmai Daiginjo sake contains no brewer's alcohol and is made from highly polished rice , resulting in premium sake.
Dassai 39 is composed of polished rice of the Yamadanishiki variety at a percentage of 39% , water and rice Koji (rice that has been inoculated with a fermentation culture). Dassai 45 is best enjoyed chilled at 8-10°C, in a wine glass, to best enjoy its distinct aroma.
