Isle of Raasay - Signature - Single Malt - 46.4%

Raasay Distillery is located on the Isle of Raasay in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland . The distillery produces two products: Isle of Raasay Gin and Isle of Raasay Whisky. All spirits are distilled, matured and bottled on the island. using the mineral-rich water from their well, Tobar na Ba Bàine (meaning 'well of the pale cow'). Raasay Distillery supports local jobs on the island.

Signature Malt is the result of blending two spirits from the Isle of Raasay (peated and unpeated) matured separately in first-fill rye whisky casks , fresh Chinkapin oak and first-fill Bordeaux red wine casks. for a total of 6 barrels.

Lightly Peaty (6-11 ppm)
