Swell de Spirits is an independent, family-owned bottler based in Pessac, France. The company was founded in 2021 by Michael Barbaria and Kelly . They release a variety of limited edition, rum, whiskey, armagnac bottles and cognac from distilleries around the world.

Los Convidados is a partnership between Michael Barbaria and his friends and associates Bruno Sarabia and Darian Penichet. This Mexican company specializes in Mexican spirits : mezcal, tequila, gin and rum.

This agave-based spirit from Mexico is made from Lineño maguey grown in the Jalisco region. It was distilled in January 2023 at the Chacolo distillery . Fermentation took place with indigenous yeasts, and lasted 25 days in a wooden vat covered with agave fibers. The distillation was carried out in a wooden still from the Philippines heated by fire.
