Roubine Vineyard - Sainte Béatrice - Cuvée des Princes Rosé 2024
Château Roubine is located in Lorgues, Provence . In 1955, Château Roubine was awarded a Cru Classé in the Côtes de Provence appellation, a recognition awarded to only 23 estates at the time. Since 1994, the estate has been owned by Valérie Rousselle , a native of Saint-Tropez. Under her leadership, the estate adopted sustainable viticulture practices, achieving certification in 2017. The property covers 130 hectares, including 72 hectares of vines cultivated on a well-drained clay-limestone terroir, reflected in the name "Roubine," meaning "stream" in Provençal.
Sainte Béatrice is a blend of Grenache (60%), Cinsault (30%) and Syrah (10%) . The harvest is carried out at night to keep the grapes fresh and prevent oxidation. The grape varieties are then directly pressed and vinified separately without malolactic conversion.
