CHÂTEAU SIMONE ROSÉ 2012
Made from a blend of Grenache , Mourvèdre and Cinsault , this high-class rosé comes 2/3 from direct pressing and 1/3 from maceration, which produces a bleeding rosé in a vat before drawing it down.
The juice from these two methods of vinification ferments until April. In the end, the color of this cru is light ruby and on the nose, it reveals aromas of raspberries and cherries that can be found on the palate. This gastronomic rosé is the perfect accompaniment to a meal of white meats, poultry, fish, gratins, omelettes and cheese. Great particularity for a rosé from Provence; this one is able to age 10 years.
