This wine comes from the terroir of BURG, Premier Cru of our Bergheim vineyard, whose geological characteristics (variegated Keuper marls with rare calcareous intercalations) and climatic (southern exposure, protected situation set back from the valley) allow the birth each year. a great, powerful, complex and structured wine, with a very long aging potential, from the great traditional Alsatian grape varieties planted in the vineyard as our ancient wine-growing tradition demands. This wine has always been known as "gentil".

Type: Wine of substance, rich, powerful, fruity and iodized. Complex nose: wet earth, white fruits. Huge mouth, salivating from the entrance, autumnal tenderness and great bitters.
