The path
is a subtle blend of Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre; from old vines with low yields and exceptional concentration.
A red close to the fruit.
The vinification is meticulous. The long maceration, as well as the fermentations, take place in enamelled steel vats.
Then, the wine is aged, on fine lees, for 12 months in oak casks; which gives it a perfect balance, great elegance, a silky and slender side. A great, authentic red wine.
This wine is neither fined nor filtered.
