FAIR - Vodka Quinoa - 40%
Fair is a bottler whose motto has much more to us at Clos des Millésimes: “Think human, drink fair”, a motto which advocates a return to our human roots for a more equitable, fairer and more harmonious drink. Fair is therefore a brand with a refined spirit that brings together enthusiasts whose goal is to distribute high-end spirits by sourcing in a fair and sustainable way.
This vodka was born from the simultaneous research work between French distillers and Bolivian farmers. The quinoa used for its production comes from the “Anapqui” cooperative, which brings together 1200 small producers. It is certified from organic farming. Wheat (also organic) is added to it. The result is a rich, complex vodka with several levels of tasting, to be drunk at room temperature to make the most of its aromatic and taste palette.
Produced from quinoa seed, a plant already cultivated by the Incas 5,000 years ago, this certified organic vodka respects international fair trade standards. It was born from a simultaneous research work between several French distillers and 1200 Bolivian farmers grouped together in the “Anapqui” cooperative. The quinoa used for its production is certified from organic farming. Beauce wheat, also organic, is added to it, giving birth to a rich, complex vodka which has several levels of tasting.
