Fair is a bottler whose motto has a lot more to us at Clos des Millésimes: "Think human, drink fair", a motto that advocates a return to our human roots for a fairer, more just, more harmonious drink. Fair is a brand with a refined spirit that brings together passionate people whose goal is to distribute high-end spirits by sourcing in a fair and sustainable way.

Muscovado sugar is produced from the sugar cane fields of the Saint-Aubin distillery in Mauritius following a complex production process and artisanal. It is actually heating the freshly squeezed cane juice to evaporate the water and recover the sugar. Because of its high content of molasses, this unrefined sugar is strong in taste. It is then sent to Charent where it is distilled in a micro-distiller (still Stupfler). The result is a special and intriguing white rum with fresh, vegetal and round notes that stands out from its more traditional counterparts.
