This business was born from the desire to make a few red wines from two grape varieties that I particularly appreciate: Pinot Noir and Gamay Noir.
Two conditions for purchasing grapes: minimally organic cultivation and mandatory hand picking.
I traveled across northern France for several months in order to find the best winegrowers on the best terroirs with the best exposure.
Once picked, the grapes were all worked in the estate's cellar until they were put into boxes. I guarantee to have transmitted to my wines the same energy, the same passion and the same heart to the work as for the white wines of the domain. The names of the cuvées recall the department of origin of the grapes Thus were born three red wines and one white wine.
Biodynamic Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc from around fifty years old from Father Stéphane on Obermorschwih for part, Sylvain from Jean for another part and Sauvignon Blanc 2015 macerated from the estate. A little Ligérienne touch in the midst of absolutely exceptional Alsatian juices. Different harvesting periods, one-year aging in an old Alsatian barrel. Bottled with nothing at all except 10 mg / l of sulphites.
