This Italian sparkling wine has been very fashionable for some time. It only comes from a few towns around Venice. It is a light and balanced wine. It is produced with a white grape native to this region of Italy: Gléra.
It can of course be drunk plain, and you will notice that this Prosecco Minos is fine and elegant with subtle aromas of apple and pear.
It is drunk chilled as an aperitif. You will appreciate the very "authentic" side of the bottle with its traditional closure with a string that holds the stopper called SPAGO: An originality that is only found on very little Prosecco.
