This Premier Cru Clos du Chapître known to be one of the largest climates of the Fixin appellation offers juices of rare richness. On the same latitude as the Mazoyères-Chambertin, the Fixin estate is developed on a plot north of the appellation, at the foot of the hillside. The landscape is worthy of a first growth, at the entrance of a valley (valley dug at the top and dominated by steep slopes). The vines are between 25 and 50 years old and the harvests are late for an optimal ripening of the grapes.
The wine is very accessible in its youth but does not lack potential. Its nose is sweet, with aromas of ripe fruit, cherries and blackberries. On the palate the tannins are silky and envelop the palate with a surprising sweetness
All the spirits offered are in stock and also available in our store at 3 rue Lucien Faure in BORDEAUX - Line stop B/7/32 Cité du vin
