MARS - Komagatake Tsunuki Aging 2019 - 56%

Shinshu Distillery is owned by Hombo Shuzo (sometimes called Hombo Brewing Co.) and the whisky produced is sold under the brand name Mars Whisky.

Hombo Shuzo Co. was founded in 1872 by Honbu Matsusa. In 1949, the company acquired a licence to produce whisky in Kagoshima Distillery but then moved its whisky-making operation to Shinshu Distillery.

This Single Malt was matured in the Tsunuki Aging Cellar for three years before being bottled at cask strength. Perhaps a hint of what's to come from the Tsunuki distillery, opened in 2016 by Shinshu's owner.

All the spirits offered are in stock and also available in our store at 3 rue Lucien Faure in BORDEAUX - Line stop B/7/32 Cité du vin
