Sylvain Pataille

Domaine Sylvain Pataille is located in Marsannay-la-Côte in the north of the Côte d´Or, in Burgundy. It was founded by Sylvain Pataille in 1999, with only one hectare of vines while he was still working in a laboratory in Beaune. In 2001, he decided to devote himself fully to his own vineyard and to enlarge it, reaching today 15 hectares. All the vineyards, inside or just outside the Marsannay appellation, are certified organic.
