Château Saint Maur - M Rosé 2020
Château Saint-Maur is located in Cogolin, in Provence. Already owner for more than 25 years of Quinta do Pessegueiro in the Douro, Roger Zannier took on the challenge of making Château Saint-Maur one of the best Provençal references with his son-in-law, Marc Monrose, who takes charge the operation.
The M cuvée is a blend of Grenache (35%), Cinsault (30%), Syrah (15%), Mourvèdre (8%), Cabernet Sauvignon (7%), Rolle (4%) and Carignan (1%). The vinification is carried out at low temperature with cold maceration then the wine is aged in stainless steel vats.
