Gadyamb is a brand of arranged rums created by Etienne and Julien . They met in 1999, in Saint Joseph, at the southern tip of Reunion Island and left the island to do their higher education in mainland France. In 2018, they put their professional careers as media consultant and chef on hold to embark on a project imagined during long metropolitan winters: Les Arrangés Gadyamb . Gadyamb's know-how is based on three fundamental pillars: trusted partners (caring producers, concerned about respecting the land and traditions), the selection of ingredients (fruits picked at perfect maturity, cut and processed by hand to keep all their flavors) and an original method (maceration in barrels before filtration, for a stable end product, without impurities and entirely drinkable).

Skori comes from the Savanna distillery, in Reunion. Its name is inspired by "Scorie", a fragment of magmatic rock ejected by a volcanic eruption. The rum was matured for 1 25 days before being bottled; the same duration as the sudden and massive eruption of Piton de la Fournaise in 2006. The young rum was worked in an American oak cask ex-red wine , reconditioned and benefiting from a custom heating. 204 bottles were produced.
