Sassy - Cider - The Inimitable - 75cl

Maison Sassy is located in the Château de Sassy, in Normandy . The project was initiated by two friends, Xavier and Pierre-Emmanuel , who were keen to bring cider up to date. In order to develop an innovative product that respects traditions, Xavier and Pierre-Emmanuel team up with a producer and a cellar master from the region, with whom they work on recipes inspired by the cider served at Château de Sassy. . The two friends rely on urban and contemporary consumption patterns to breathe modernity into their creations: more freshness, lightness and finesse.

L'Inimitable is a raw cider made from 22 varieties of apples selected rigorously and locally.
