St-Germain - Elderberry Liqueur - 20%
Saint-Germain liqueur was created in 2007 by third-generation distiller Robert J. Cooper . Inspired by Paris and its emblematic district of St‑Germain‑des‑Prés, it was the first elderflower liqueur in the world. It's made in France using the craftsmanship of master blender Eric Tourain , who has decades of experience making liqueurs. It is used in cocktails for its fresh floral flavor.
Each bottle contains the essence of up to 1,000 fresh elderflowers. These small but mighty flowers bloom in the spring, usually late May, and are harvested by hand for a short period of three to four weeks, when their flavor and aroma are at their peak.
