Five Farms - Irish Cream - 17%

Five Farms is a cream Irish whiskey produced in County Cork . The mild climate and abundant rainfall benefit the hundreds of family-run dairy farms in the area, and the centuries-old tradition of distilling authentic Irish whiskey is an industry that thrives to this day. Five Farms dairy farmers are members of a local dairy cooperative of over 500 farms. The cooperative helps ensure that all farms in the group get a fair price for their produce and provides a supportive community for farmers.

After the milk is collected, it is tested against bacteria, then filtered and cooled. Every Friday, a tanker truck stops at each of the five farms to collect the milk and deliver it to the local Cooperative, where it is pumped into a silo to separate it from the batches coming from the hundreds of other Cooperative farms. This milk is then separated into rich dairy cream and combined with premium Irish whiskey to become Irish Cream Liqueur within 48 hours of collection.
