Domaine Brana is located in Ossès, in the Basque Country . In 1974, Etienne Brana and his wife Adrienne created the distillery and planted a William pear orchard. Etienne Brana, self-taught, discovered the art of distillation and built his distillery. Martine and Jean, their children, will take over. Today Martine, distiller, has taken over and developed the ancestral family know-how and continues to innovate with fruits, spices and plants. Fruit brandies and liqueurs are obtained by maceration or distillation in copper pot stills.

This Poire William eau-de-vie is made from pears that come only from the surrounding orchards. They are harvested manually and rigorously selected before fermentation.
