Holyrood Distillery - New Make Spirit - Brewers Series #1 - Brewers X Distiller's Yeast - 60%

The Holyrood Distillery is located in the city center of Edinburgh , Scotland . It opened on July 30, 2019. As the whiskey production has not yet been finalized (the minimum aging being 3 years), the distillery markets New Make, rums and Gin. A “ New Make ” is the alcoholic liquid with a high degree of alcohol that is released from the still during the production of spirits. It can be sold either completely unaged or with minimal aging. This allows whiskey lovers to fully appreciate the spirit before it is aged in barrels.

Brewers X Distiller's Yeast showcases the complementary nature of using Brewer's Yeast (US-05) and Distilling Yeast (M Strain) together.
