Cuatro Gallos is a passionate family business, founded by four brothers dedicated to the artisanal and authentic production of Pisco, the emblematic Peruvian brandy. Initially intended for private consumption among close ones, their production quickly stood out for the exceptional quality of rigorously selected grapes. Today, Cuatro Gallos carefully cultivates its own vineyards to craft an exceptional artisanal Pisco, appreciated by connoisseurs worldwide. The exclusive vineyards of Cuatro Gallos are located at the El Carmen estate, in the picturesque district of San Juan Bautista, in the heart of the famous Ica wine valley, in Peru. This region enjoys historical renown thanks to its unique terroir, combining a particularly contrasting climate — warm during the day and cool at night — and clay-rich soil, perfect conditions for producing wines and piscos of remarkable and perfectly balanced quality.

The "Mosto Verde" Pisco represents an exceptional cuvée within the range of piscos, made from grapes whose fermentation is not completely finished. Thus, the must retains a subtle amount of residual sugars at the time of distillation. This particularity gives this Pisco a delicate sweetness and an intense aromatic richness, clearly differentiating it from other drier variants. The distillation method used is also specific: carried out at low temperature, it preserves the finesse of the aromas by avoiding the formation of undesirable compounds that could alter the purity and gustatory complexity of the final product. This process guarantees a superior quality "Mosto Verde" Pisco, ideal for enthusiasts seeking authenticity and subtlety in every sip.
