Valinch & Mallet is an independent bottling company created by two friends, coming from different backgrounds and united by the common passion for whiskey, the desire to transform it into a profession and to share its fruits with everyone. Davide Romano and his friend select Single Casks of whiskeys and rums, mature them and bottle them without cold filtration and without added colorings.

This rum is part of the Spirit of Art 5 series. It comes from a blend of rums distilled in 2008 in 5 Jamaican distilleries . The rum was aged for 14 years , in a tropical climate for around 2 years then in a continental climate. This single cask ( #35) produced 262 bottles . The design is by Bn+Brinanovara , a duo composed of Giorgio Brina and Simone Novara.
