Domaine Rapet is located in Pernand-Vergelesses, in Burgundy . The estate has been known since 1765 and includes 20 hectares of vines in the villages of Pernand-Vergelesses, Savigny-Lès-Beaune, Chorey-Lès-Beaune, Aloxe-Corton and Beaune. Within the vineyard, they implement a reasoned fight against vine diseases and insects depending on climatic conditions. An inventory of the farm listing all the elements favoring the diversity of fauna and flora has been carried out.
The Pernand-Vergelesses Les Combottes comes from young Chardonnay vines planted in the early 2000s. The harvest is destemmed then the whole grapes are put into direct pressing. Fermentation takes place in barrels, 30% of which are new . Aging lasts 12 months on lees with stirring .
