The Bitter Truth company produces bitters, liqueurs and spirits for cocktails. The company is located in Germany and was founded in 2006 by Stephan Berg and Alexander Hauck , two bartenders from Munich. They had already gained considerable experience producing homemade cocktail bitters for the bars they worked at. Additionally, Stephan had a large collection of current and historical bitters, some of which had not been produced in decades. Thus, he knew the taste of the most famous bitters in the world and was considered a specialist in this field. Their criteria for choosing flavors was mainly provided by old cocktail recipes that could no longer be produced faithfully to the original.

Pimento Dram is made from Jamaican rum, sugar cane, chili berries and selected Jamaican spices (cinnamon, pepper, nutmeg, cloves, etc.). This very aromatic liqueur is used in cocktails.
