Clacquesin - Aperitif - Aromatic plant extract - 18%
Clacquesin is a liqueur developed around 1860 by Paul Clacquesin, industrialist, owner of a distillery company founded in 1775 in Paris, and produced in his Malakoff factories. Clacquesin, very popular at the beginning of the 20th century, is described as a tar liqueur or hygienic tar, in reference to one of its main constituents, Norwegian pine tar .
Clacquesin is made from an infusion of Norwegian pine resin in alcohol, with the addition of caramelized sugar and spices, including cinnamon and cloves.
