Zero Nine Spirits (Zn09) is an independent bottling company, founded in 2022 by two friends, Grégory and Alain . The two spirits enthusiasts are from Ariège and after years of experience in this field, they in turn decided to share their ideas of blending, aging and refining.

This edition is a rum from the Fiji Islands , column distilled from molasses in 2015 . It was aged in oak barrels that contained Bourbon; for 5 years in tropical climate and 3 years in continental climate. 195 bottles were produced.
