Maison Dolin is located in Chambéry, in Savoie . For over 200 years, two families have succeeded one another at the head of the company: the Chavasse/Dolin family and the Sevez family. The distillery has experienced the most significant events in history, such as the reunion of Savoie with France, the Great War and the bombing of Chambéry in 1944. It has retained old-fashioned manufacturing methods by finding inspiration in the Alps and drawing on their wealth of ingredients to develop original recipes that are still kept secret today. Dolin has always favored local plant growers , helping them to develop certain crops of endangered wild alpine plants (genepi, vulneraria, etc.). They choose suppliers of labels, cardboard or glass located near Chambéry, and the rare products which are not manufactured in the workshop (lemonade, Savoie apple juice) are produced less than 30 km from the establishment.

Dry Vermouth is slightly sweet. It has notes of citrus peel underlined by the freshness of menthol and balsamic notes.
