BARBOSA - Grogue - Amado & Vicente - 45%
The Grogue Barbosa Amado & Vicente is produced at the Monte Negro Distillery , located in Cape Verde . The 30 hectares of sugar cane are grown organically on the island of Santiago in the south of the archipelago.
This grogue is the result of a very long fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The distillation is carried out in a 300-litre copper still heated over a wood fire.
